Aa a contractor fractional chief mindfulness officer I will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating mindfulness training programs for your employees. I work closely with the senior leadership team of the organization and identify the gaps in the existing mindfulness training programs to develop customized training plans that cater to their specific needs.
A contractor fractional chief mindfulness officer develops and delivers mindfulness training workshops, courses, webinars, and seminars to create awareness and facilitate the organizations’ employees’ learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop mindfulness training plans, programs, and materials that are specific to the organization’s needs and goals
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to align the training programs with the organization’s goals, vision, and values
- Deliver mindfulness training workshops, sessions, courses, and seminars to groups or individuals
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the mindfulness training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the human resource team to integrate the mindfulness training programs into the organization’s policies and practices
- Conduct extensive research to identify emerging trends in mindfulness and apply them to the organization’s programs
- Work with external consultants to identify best practices for mindfulness training and integrate them into the organization’s programs
- Develop a network of professionals in the mindfulness field to share knowledge, learnings, and resources
Skills and Abilities:
- Certification in mindfulness training or related courses
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mindfulness training and facilitation
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and online tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of emerging trends in the mindfulness field

I work remotely as a contractor from Denver Colorado and will interact with the organization’s senior leadership team, human resource team, and employees to design, and deliver. On-site services based on the scope of the project available.
