Friend The Now

Our world is continuously teaching us that it’s better to be busy. If you aren’t stressed, there is something wrong with you. I say to those people, “Consider what would happen if doing life that way was wrong.” Today, look at your life. Where are you over-programming yourself, co-workers, or family? Is this really what you believe life must be? Take one commitment off your to-do list today, or this week. Watch what happens. You give yourself permission to live a little better, and a little less stressed. And the world goes on just fine. Don’t just take my word for it. Try it.
