In times of chaos when you desire calm more than anything, there is one thing I invite you to do – practice. Practice asking and listening to your intuition within. If this idea makes you uncomfortable, remember that you can’t do your practice wrong. Do the practice that works for you. If you pray, pray. If you meditate, meditate. If you simply need to breathe, breathe. Remember the world is for you, never against you.
