Technology Tools to Increase Your Meditation Practice

There I go again, combining two things that many people believe should not be together; technology and meditation. I have been able to extend my meditation centering practice by putting these things together.

If you like technology and are unsure about meditation, use one as a bridge to the other. Meditation is music, keeping track of time, and letting go; you can do this with your phone. These tools help me do that.
