When was the last time you received a handwritten thank you note or an email or a tweet from someone recognizing a thought, an action, a gift, something good that you did for them? Sadly, our world is full of great and awesome things that happen every single day, most of them go unappreciated.
Universal Truth 12 : Gratitude accelerates good. I know when I am grateful the good flows into my business with divine grace. I am grateful for everything that makes my business prosper. If you are dedicated to becoming a SpiritStrategy™, successful business, you must start in a place of gratitude for everything that you have in your life. I started my gratitude journal with a five commitment a day. Every day I would write five things I was grateful for. I was grateful I woke up. I was grateful I could drive to work. I was grateful for the projects. I was even grateful for the opportunity to have a phone conversation and make a sale. That gratitude began to flow more and more good into my life. Now my daily gratitude practice is writing one handwritten thank you note every single day. I write three sentences, then out in the mail. Every time I send a note, somebody Facebooks or calls and says, “It’s been a long time since I got a good, positive note in the mail.”
Universal Truth: if you want to accelerate the good in your life, demonstrate it with gratitude.
